Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Brought my Jeep in for service and oil change and tire rotation. I have a pre pay from first mile a product I got when I bought my Jeep from another dealership. The advisor didn’t know anything about it so I had to explain call the number and get a clam number so he did. I also had a check engine light for oil pressure sensor sticking. I was told that I should have been at the dealership earlier so they could verify the issue. I called the dealership the day before and explained what I had and was told to go online and get a appointment so I did and they gave me a 12:30 for the next day. After spending over 1.5 hours and them trying to verify the code I was told that I would have to leave it so a mechanic could trouble shoot . The advisor called me back a few days later to tell me that I had a bad oil pump so they had to order one and it would be about a week to receive it. So I waited for a week and tried to call the dealership and I called dozens of times and I couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone. When they did I got a voicemail that was full so I couldn’t leave a message. I went back to the dealership and asked what was going on with my Jeep. The advisor went to the parts department and picked up the oil pump and put it on the mechanics bench and told me that as soon as he got it talk to him he would call me back. He did and told me that they would start on my Jeep the next day Friday. I called back and someone answered and told me that it was in work. I didn’t get my Jeep back until Monday late afternoon. This whole process took almost 3 weeks for a 6 to 8 hour job. I won’t be going back to that dealership they are very slow and they don’t keep the customer informed if I hadn’t been persistent I would likely still be waiting. More

Service advisor Chris Butler is excellent, professional, efficient and explains everything that is being done. I had bought a warranty with my 2017 Ram and had the top part of the motor replaced all under efficient and explains everything that is being done. We had worked with a salesman by the name of Omar. We worked a deal on our trade in and secured our financing for a used vehicle and also talked terms and scheduled a time to pick up the vehicle. Omar told us he would call in 20min to finalize the deal....then get a call in 5 min the vehicle we had been negotiating on had been sold. Lakeland Chrysler and dodge wouldn't do anything to help fix our issue. I wouldnt send any business to this dealership in the near future. More

Managers are useless, the workers don’t care and I guess I can pity that since I’m Sure they don’t get paid enough to. But still I didn’t think there is still a manner in which things should be dealt. I waited as long as I could before writing the reviews because I was praying that by some chance I wouldn’t be lied to anymore or Jerked around. But with everyday and every lie, I got more and more tired of the BS. I hope they get better but I just will take my vehicles elsewhere. And honestly save yourself the headache and do the same. More

Kyle sales manager did not tell me the vehicle I was buying was a Demo and that it had more than 3,000 miles. I am an older lady and do not manage technology and missed the screen with the miles. It was never disclosed when negotiating the vehicle that it was driven by the owner to work daily for 3,000 miles. They kept us more than 7 hours leaving the dealership at 9:30 pm, so at the time of signing we be tired and do not realize the mileage on the car. Next morning I realized that it had all those miles and when talking to the sales person she literally said “Kyle did not tell you that it had 3,000 and that it was driven by the owner?” I answered her “no.”. When talking on the phone to Kyle he said “I did not know that it was driven by the owner”. When I went to the dealer to talk personally to him his words were “talk to me, humor me”. The deal was shady and the people selling the car never disclosed the honest information of the vehicle. I trusted the dealership with my company’s financial and personal information and they abused me left and right. More
