I saw this beautiful 2022 turbo diesel Gladiator advertised for a reasonable price. I bought it totally on line with the internet salesman Mario and in person salesman Ben assisting me throughout th advertised for a reasonable price. Like all dealers they threw a few price hikes in the final numbers. Which I caught and to their credit Lakeland Doge removed. Brought my Jeep in for service and oil change and tire rotation. I have a pre pay from first mile a product I got when I bought my Jeep from another dealership. The advisor didn’t know anything about it s rotation. I have a pre pay from first mile a product I got when I bought my Jeep from another dealership. The advisor didn’t know anything about it so I had to explain call the number and get a clam number so he did. I also had a check engine light for oil pressure sensor sticking. I was told that I should have been at the dealership earlier so they could verify the issue. I called the dealership the day before and explained what I had and was told to go online and get a appointment so I did and they gave me a 12:30 for the next day. After spending over 1.5 hours and them trying to verify the code I was told that I would have to leave it so a mechanic could trouble shoot . The advisor called me back a few days later to tell me that I had a bad oil pump so they had to order one and it would be about a week to receive it. So I waited for a week and tried to call the dealership and I called dozens of times and I couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone. When they did I got a voicemail that was full so I couldn’t leave a message. I went back to the dealership and asked what was going on with my Jeep. The advisor went to the parts department and picked up the oil pump and put it on the mechanics bench and told me that as soon as he got it talk to him he would call me back. He did and told me that they would start on my Jeep the next day Friday. I called back and someone answered and told me that it was in work. I didn’t get my Jeep back until Monday late afternoon. This whole process took almost 3 weeks for a 6 to 8 hour job. I won’t be going back to that dealership they are very slow and they don’t keep the customer informed if I hadn’t been persistent I would likely still be waiting. More
