Earlier this year my fiancé and I went into Lakeland dodge and purchased a black wrangler with our sales associate Ben, who has been very helpful in this mess. I signed the papers and purchased a black rubicon with leather seats and a hardtop. After waiting two weeks for the car to arrive, I was called and told there was a mistake and the car was sold to someone else. The manager Kyle apologized and offered me a blue rubicon which was on the way as well. At first I didn’t want to accept because the jeep didn’t have the leather seats or a hard top like the one I bought and didn’t get because of a mistake they made, but I was reassured that if I purchased it they would put the car exactly like the one I had originally purchased and that there would be a “we owe” bill established on the car so that everything was done. We waited two more weeks after that for the blue rubicon to arrive. It took 4-5 months for the hard-top to arrive after such a struggle for any information, every time we called it seemed like no one knew what was going on with the hard-top or they would hang up on me. We were finally able to get the hard-top on after the manager Hercules figured it out. After putting on the hard top my fiancé realized it didn’t include the wiring for the back windshield wiper. Before my fiancé left that day she asked why the wiring wasn’t set up and the service guys told her that it wasn’t in the order so they weren’t instructed to install it. She asked him if she could talk to a manager about that and he said he would ask, when he came back he said that Hailey did indeed put the wiring in the order but it just hasn’t arrived, my fiancé left that day being told that they would get in contact with her when the wiring arrived. I called Hercules again after seeing that weeks were passing and we weren’t being called about the wiring arriving and he flat out told me that they were not going to pay for that because it was too expensive and it wasn’t included in the deal. We took the car last month to get the leather on and we asked to speak to Hercules again to explain that we were already told that it is in the deal and he did not come out to speak with us, instead another manager named Rob or Ron came out and told us again that the wiring is in the deal and it was ordered and we would hear from them when the wiring arrived. To this day, we still do not have the wiring on our car. I would think that it is common sense to order the wiring if they are putting everything the original jeep I bought came with, which is what they promised. I called Hercules again because no one knows what is going on and he very rudely and unprofessionally told me that he just wasn’t going to order that because they don’t want to pay for it. I have never dealt with a manager that speaks to customers with such disrespect in my life. I was quite shocked since he was the one that originally helped me. I didn’t want to write this review because I thought we would reach some type of agreement, but after being told that he wasn’t approving the wiring and being treated very poorly, I have completely lost my patience with him and this dealership. The leather wasn’t even done correctly because we ordered for it to still say rubicon on the back, and when we picked it up the guys that put the leather told us that wasn’t in the order. I still have not even received the mats the car originally comes with, what type of dealership can’t ship out freaking mats! My main concern is that other managers have attempted to order the wiring and Hercules keeps denying it. There is so much back and forth going on between the managers and such a lack of communication with the customers that I just do not recommend you to purchase your vehicle here and instead go literally anywhere else. Everything they order is either missing parts or ordered wrong, It shows such a lack of commitment from their part for not doing what they promised to do. Chris was very attentive and quickly reviewed my truck required maintenance. Offered me a seat to wait for the repair but wasn’t needed. Called me as promised to get the truck when done. There is always an issue when I get service here and I’m always waiting for hours. Took my jeep for an oil change, a screw removed from tire, tire rotation, and to have my center console tightened. Got ther always waiting for hours. Took my jeep for an oil change, a screw removed from tire, tire rotation, and to have my center console tightened. Got there and sat for almost 30 mins to be checked in and I was the only one in the entrance bay. After that I was there for 6 hours. Come to find out there was an issue with the tire warranty so that’s a different department. However after being there for the 6 hours and they put my spare on, changed the oil. They didn't do the tire rotation, tighten the center console, and when they replaced my spare they lost the locker nut. I purchased my jeep new from them in Nov 2021 and have had nothing but issues with this dealership. The warranty part is being fixed for the tire, however they need to reevaluate how they do things to give customers a better experience. More

Gates malfunctioned closing on her car putting a gouge on top of fender and scratch on hood.told them look at cameras. Will show exactly what happened..been a week and seem to be getting the run around.one guy said there automatic .i shouldn't have been sitting there..the gates were set open when I got there and when I was leaving. setting my gps and they closed on the car.thats a gate malfuntion..there's supposed to be safety in the system so this dont happen.just want car fixed.paid lot of money for it.your gates did it.i didn't hit the gate it hit me.
