They kept my car for 30 days for what was supposed to be a 3-5 day job. The service advisor was the worst I’ve ever experienced at any auto service department. I had a good experience purchasing the vehicle (2019 Honda CRV) but when the battery started to need a jump start daily, I called to get the situation corrected since it was within 30 days. I was inform Honda CRV) but when the battery started to need a jump start daily, I called to get the situation corrected since it was within 30 days. I was inform I could purchase a new battery but nothing else could be done. Very poor customer service on this. I don't recommend them if they won't stand by what they sell. More
