I’m very disappointed in the communication and the ghosting, I’m stuck with a car that I’m going to have to pay to get fixed, the ac don’t work properly and the car was not cleaned properly, the brake ghosting, I’m stuck with a car that I’m going to have to pay to get fixed, the ac don’t work properly and the car was not cleaned properly, the brakes vibrate when you press over 65 miles per hour. I blame myself for trusting a dealership and a used car salesman to guarantee everything works properly as advertised. We pay a dealer fee to make sure this doesn’t happen. We rated the sales person before we fully purchased the vehicle with the trust that he was overseeing any issues. If you plan to buy at Lakeland auto mall, (DO NOT RATE Any ONE OR ANYTHING) until you received what’s promised on the listing. More

I contacted them 3 times about a car that had been advertised for over 5 weeks. After test driving it I was told the price would be increased by over $3000 because of work that was done to it at their advertised for over 5 weeks. After test driving it I was told the price would be increased by over $3000 because of work that was done to it at their body shop. In addition to that there was also an extra $5000 for dealer fee, tax title etc. I would expect closer to $3000. What a waste of time! A total of $8000 over advertised price. I find it impossible to believe that no one knew about this before I arrived. More
