He quickly determined our budget and needs and then was diligent about finding us a vehicle that met our needs within our budget. Instead of pressuring us, John educated us about the cars, and advised us about which car would be the most reliable and best value for our money. We ended up with a certified used Hyundai Santa Fe that has plenty of room for the baby, a panoramic sunroof, back up cam, rear heated seats, etc for half the cost of our prior car payment. He and his team also made trading our leased car (leased from another dealership) easy. We feel great about the experience and will refer friends to John! More
