Buyer beware I was interested in a particular vehicle, found it at this dealer online at a fair price. Spoke with Mr. Richardson and ended up with Mr Delany handli I was interested in a particular vehicle, found it at this dealer online at a fair price. Spoke with Mr. Richardson and ended up with Mr Delany handling the purchase. In the deal Mr Delaney agreed that car would come with a full tank of gas, I learned later used do not. The online ad showed car came with a year of maintenance which Mr Delaney said it did. In doing paperwork with finance guy I learned it did not, another lie, this cost me additional money as I was given the choice to buy 2 years maintenance. After getting car home I found the cardboard placards in the vehicle which showed it was supposed to have a years maintenance, so now I'm out approx $500. For believing what I saw online and then in writing. Sadly the deal was already done as I believed what the paperwork guy told me. When I went to,pick the vehicle up that was when I leaned that Delaney lied about full tank ( 35 gal. Tank ). Mr Richardson took car and filled to about 3/4. He also ran through a car wash. It was pouring rain and he transferred things from my Buick into the Yukon. He brought car as close to building as possible to keep me from getting wet. When he turned on wipers the rear window wiper was flopping, which he said must have happened in the car wash. He said they would order and let me know when in, ( as they should ). After I got home I discovered that the trim across bumper under the rear wiper had been damaged ( a two inch piece ripped out ). I traded two vehicles and Mr Dekaney assured me they would have no problem picking up #2. When I discovered the damage I called several times and got ' with a customer,I. left message, no call back, I had traded 2 vehicles and Mr Delaney said they would pick up #2. Mr Delaney told me a porter was coming back from vacation and car to be picked up next day. Waited all day and at end of day still had van. Called again, was told van would be picked up that day and he would talk to someone about the damage.,seemed to be an issue that I didn't see at dealer ( in the pouring rain ). At home all day again and no one showed up. I called back on Monday and was able to speak with Mr. Richardson, he did some checking, called back and apsaid would pick up (they did). At the same time he agreed with me that Mr. Delaney would take pictures of damage. I called Mr Richardson to find out how bumper damage was going to be resolved, was told he was with customer again and no call back. I did learn later he had been out Ill. More lies.. Just don't get why people feel need to lie. A week and a half later I did get a response by doing a talk to the owner. Was a manager that set things up with body shop, as owner out of town. Scheduled to take in and meet with Mike the body shop manager. I get there ask for him, girl goes to back, comes back out and tells me he is too busy talking to his boss and someone else would handle intake. When Entrprise arrived Mike did come out and walked through again. He said boss had been off last week. Lesson there is that Boss felt his visit more important than a customer. The vehicle I bought was to replace van used to carry travel trailer, The receiver hitch (slides in secured with cotter key ) I asked to be transferred from van to Yukon or at least remove from van, it is too heavy for me to work with, Mr Delaney told me they couldn't do that. I offered to pay for their shop to do it so no liability, still said they couldn't do it. I ended up taking back to CW in Kisssimmee where a young woman pulled the cotter key and slid. It out and set in back of vehicle. Neighbor moved to garage floor. Oh and no charge. She couldn't believe, just as I that Mr. Delaney was adamant that the dealer couldn't do it. I would have walked on the deal early on, however I had been looking for the motor, tow package in either Yukon or Suburban at a fair price. They are few and far between so I just went through thee process, I feel that if Mr. Richardson had been the primary sales person I wouldn't have heard as many lies. The Yukon was dropped off yesterday and just hoping all goes well, I had asked to meet with the owner to share my experience directly rather than through the Internet site, however after the being told the "boss" meeting was more important than the customer, the heck with it. People were very courteous and appeared friendly, if I hadn't been lied to so much and gotten the run around about repairing damage that occurred at some point in the " make ready" process this review would be very different. I strongly advise to avoid. More

Mike Commer was assisting me with the buying and financing process. He gave me only important stats about the car and showed me some really neat features I wasn't expecting. He didn't give me the fluff or cosmetic crap like most car salesman. He was honest and fun to shop with throughout the entire process. I've never bought a car on my own before, nor have I ever applied for a vehicle loan. He walked me through each step, explaining everything in details that a new car buyer would understand. Mike was a very trustworthy salesman, which is important to me in today's society. He gave me his contact information for any future concerns or questions. On a less businessy side of it, he even offered to show me Frescos, which was in a nearby building for customers like myself that I was completely unaware of. Super nice of him! Overall a wonderful and exciting experience. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want to buy a car or even trade one in towards your purchase. More
