There were so many different types of vehicles to choose from. I'd done my research and knew which vehicle I was looking at so that helped from the start. Carlton met me as I got out of my own car right away. I didn't have to wait to be greeted and he made sure that the car I was interested in was in front of me in less than 5 minutes. The whole process, which I was expecting to spend the most of my day, took less than 2 hours. Everything was so easy and painless. I was out the door and pulling out of the lot so quickly.
