Poor communication by service rep An error message came on my car screen. I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes before appt time. I was checked in, then ignored for 2 hours. Whe An error message came on my car screen. I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes before appt time. I was checked in, then ignored for 2 hours. When I went up to find out why I was given the lame excuse it was on a battery charge check machine and had 15 minutes left. 30 minutes I went to check again & was told it had 13 minutes left to run the check Then the auxiliary auxiliary battery would need to be checked. That “will be another hour!” It ended up I was there from 1:05 pm until 5:30 with no communication from you unless I inquired. For a customer saying they will wait for the car being informed it is a 1/2 day job would have been appreciated!! As I said POOR SERVICE. More
