They had my car for five days. Took it back to the dealership in 1.5 hours. They said to come back today. All day without a car, dropped it off at 8:30 this am, now 5 pm. No word from them. Tried calling, but no one picked up in service dept. Called service manager number, left message, no return calls. Very frustrated by my assigned service dept manager staff person. More
