Second time getting my oil change there and first time was great in and out in about 30 minutes. This time had and appointment and even confirmed with them when they called an hour prior to my appointment was great in and out in about 30 minutes. This time had and appointment and even confirmed with them when they called an hour prior to my appointment. At check in they said it would be awhile since there were a number ahead of me, walk ins. I asked doesn’t appointments have priority over walk ins and they said they had appointments. So either they over booked for the same time, or walk ins have priority? It took an hour and thirty minutes for an express oil change. Also told him had an issue with the second row headrest both when they called to confirm appointment and also at check in, it never was put on work order, so now need to make another appointment but will go elsewhere More

Great overall staff of competent caring people here. During oil change (9-9-21) serviceman Gary noted leaves in engine compartment / cleaned out finding A/C filters clogged & musty odor.
