Terrible experience. The sale went well and everything after the sale was horrible. They only gave me one key and kept telling me they had already given me a second key when they had not. Terrible communication between employees and with their customers. They give you the run around constantly. They offered a rental car until the vehicle I purchased was ready but the first rental car they gave me had broken windshield wipers, broken break lights, and flat tire. The next rental car they gave me I brought back after the low tire pressure light came on within minutes of driving away from dealership and they told me it was a broken sensor that wouldn’t turn off. The next day I got a flat tire and had to call someone to put the spare on during my commute to work. No one was apologetic. More

I believe this should have been done by Jeep free of charge. My complaint is with Jeep Corporate policy. More

Was upset and they said it would take about 2 hours and it took 4 hours!! They couldn’t find what was wrong with my a/c and I told them and then ignore me!! Wanted to explore more but they said the charge it took 4 hours!! They couldn’t find what was wrong with my a/c and I told them and then ignore me!! Wanted to explore more but they said the charge for the labor $800 and I would have to leave my car but I asked can I get a rental and they didn’t have none! So I got charge $150 for a diagnostic they they didn’t do very well and took my money! Very upset!! No communications with me at all what they are going to do for the diagnostic! So very upset and the lady at the customer service was very very rude!! More
