Yep, you know what's coming, a long wait and a huge bill. We've all had that feeling. Let me surprise you and inform you, Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is "the light at the end of the tunnel". When I scheduled the appointment it was to drop off my Jeep in the morning and pick it up around 5:00 pm. I was reminded that morning by my phone I had a Dr's appointment at 1:00 pm, what to do? Oh no, from bad to worse. I drove to the Service Dept dreading not only going there but what I was going to have to tell them. I explained what had happened and that I would have to reschedule or do part of the repair now and come back to finish. But as I was explaining to both Manager and Service Advisor, I could see a hint of a smile on both of their faces. They understood. This old lady is not crazy just forgetful and they took over. By some miracle they(the Whole Service Department) had me out the door with time to spare to make my Dr's appointment.
