Yep, you know what's coming, a long wait and a huge bill. We've all had that feeling. Let me surprise you and inform you, Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is "the light at the end of the tunnel". When I scheduled the appointment it was to drop off my Jeep in the morning and pick it up around 5:00 pm. I was reminded that morning by my phone I had a Dr's appointment at 1:00 pm, what to do? Oh no, from bad to worse. I drove to the Service Dept dreading not only going there but what I was going to have to tell them. I explained what had happened and that I would have to reschedule or do part of the repair now and come back to finish. But as I was explaining to both Manager and Service Advisor, I could see a hint of a smile on both of their faces. They understood. This old lady is not crazy just forgetful and they took over. By some miracle they(the Whole Service Department) had me out the door with time to spare to make my Dr's appointment. Money can't buy that kind of service nor the loyalty they have with me and all my hundreds plus..Google+, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn friends. More

I went to the Dealership this year to buy a car that I will use while here for the Winter. I fly here. I felt pressured to buy a Dodge Journey. I put $5000 down. When I read the manual I learned It did not have the Safety features that my Jeep had. I brought it back,it was a 2010 model. I wanted to trade it in for a smaller car. It did not have the Safety features I wanted. The salesman would not give me my deposit back. He took the car back but gave me no money. That was unfair. I made a serious mistake but it should not cost me $5000. Please get me my money back. I am willing to pay something but not my whole deposit. I did buy a Dodge Dart. The previous salesman was not available and a young man assured me that this car had everything I wanted. It did not have a garage door opener or compass. I was told to bring the car in on Friday and it would take 2 to 3 hours to install what I needed. He was to call me when it was done. He never called. I went to the Dealership at 5:00 PM and then learned my car was in Winter Haven being serviced. I was told it would be done soon. My car arrived at 6:30. I was angry and asked the young man why he did not call me. He did not answer me. I asked three times. He did not answer me. He became defensive and was unkind to me. He stormed away saying something Like he couldn't control things that were out of his hands. Please help me get my money back. My father worked for Chrysler for 34 years. I wanted a Chrysler product but that price was too high. I think that young man needs some training on how to deal with customers. Please let me hear from you. This particular salesperson went above and beyond to help out a customer who had already had a negative experience at this dealership. While waiting for Wayne, who was with another customer, only one perso out a customer who had already had a negative experience at this dealership. While waiting for Wayne, who was with another customer, only one person bothered to ask what we wanted and to keep us informed of Waynes whereabouts and how much longer he would be. Jen made us feel we were not a bother and appreciated us being there even if we were not her customers. Her friendliness and input added much to the experience. While other salespersons walked by and side hi they did not offer any assistance. Wayne was very knowledgeable and actually cared about the customer. He respected their thoughts on the vehicle they were purchasing and on their financial ability to handle the purchase. Jen offered us some popcorn and we had already helped ourselves to coffee. I am not sure how long Wayne has been with the dealership but they need to hold on to someone who cares about having a lifetime customer. Sure sales are good, but if they won't come back or tell others what a great experience they had with that person and recommend them that word will also get around. Those salespersons are to be commended and ask for them for sure. More
We were on the search for a new Jeep and had trouble finding the model we were wanting. After a quick internet search we located one about 2 1/2 hours away from us. Mike Lopez is the internet sales guy and he contacted us right away. From start to finish he was extremely helpful. We ended up driving the distance to purchase the Jeep and Mike was there to greet us and show us our new vehicle, he even stayed an hour after the dealership closed to finish up our sale. It was worth the drive because of great service we received! A BIG thank you to Mike, we love our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Altitude Limited!!!! More
