repair to my car On January 14th we called and was told to be there at 11:10 AM. When we showed up the gal came out and told us we didn't have an appt. She got it in the shop and then came and told us tit was hoses and that they were not in stock. Very unhappy with her and we talked to the parts dept on Friday and they could overnight them and gave us an apt for Monday, January 18th @ 10 AM. When we arrived on Monday she ignored us and another gentleman Edy Marquez took care of our problem. It was not the hoses as she said, it was the radiator. They put the new one on that day. They provided transportation to our house and then came back and got us when the repair was completed. I have worked in customer service and you do not treat your customers the way she did... More

They even washed the van for free as part of a simple oil change. The quality of work was top notch. We will be back when we return in a couple of months. Kudos to your whole staff. More

Needless to say we left the dealership with a new 2015 dodge ram. Well i just barely had my truck a month. I drive a 2014 dodge challenger. My husband and i were blessed with 3 babies and were in need of a different car for the kids. We went back to talk to Mr. Bowers in trying to find a solution. Put wrong part in my van I give this dealership one star for the reason that I took this car to get a recall replacement part and not only did I wait 4 hours for simple igniti I give this dealership one star for the reason that I took this car to get a recall replacement part and not only did I wait 4 hours for simple ignition replacement recall part they put in the wrong part I took the car home thinking it was fixed the keyless entry didn't work in a lot of the sensors on my car started going off so then I took the car back to the dealership after calling them they said to bring it in with the keys I come in and they couldn't even find that they put a replacement part in my van. Then I end up waiting another 4 hours for them to replace the same part that was sitting on their shelves with my name on it and part number I wouldn't recommend this place for the pure fact that it's very slow they're not very customer service and it'll seem to communicate well with the customers and they seem to just kind of ignore you while you're standing there waiting for them to you know to get their attention as if I'm a bother to them for being there. Sorry if this offends anybody in any way I only write what I experience in this is what I experience here I would not recommend this place More

The Dreaded Service Repair When you are forced (no other choice) to visit a Factory/Dealership Automobile Service Department the dread is already churning in the pit of your sto When you are forced (no other choice) to visit a Factory/Dealership Automobile Service Department the dread is already churning in the pit of your stomach. Yep, you know what's coming, a long wait and a huge bill. We've all had that feeling. Let me surprise you and inform you, Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is "the light at the end of the tunnel". When I scheduled the appointment it was to drop off my Jeep in the morning and pick it up around 5:00 pm. I was reminded that morning by my phone I had a Dr's appointment at 1:00 pm, what to do? Oh no, from bad to worse. I drove to the Service Dept dreading not only going there but what I was going to have to tell them. I explained what had happened and that I would have to reschedule or do part of the repair now and come back to finish. But as I was explaining to both Manager and Service Advisor, I could see a hint of a smile on both of their faces. They understood. This old lady is not crazy just forgetful and they took over. By some miracle they(the Whole Service Department) had me out the door with time to spare to make my Dr's appointment. Money can't buy that kind of service nor the loyalty they have with me and all my hundreds plus..Google+, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn friends. More
