my sales agent said the car would come with remote start if i downloaded the toyota app. i called the toyota customer service they said i dont have it. i even followed up with sales agent, he said there was if i downloaded the toyota app. i called the toyota customer service they said i dont have it. i even followed up with sales agent, he said there was a misunderstanding. how would there be a misunderstanding if he even gave me sheet of paper with step by step guide on downloading the phone application? horrible More
