Had an excellent experience with Frank. He was very polite and answered all my questions to the best of his capabilities. Very rude and unprofessional. I was so disrespected that I thought about calling the whole transaction off. Never, ever met a salesman so rude my whole life. But thanks to the other staff, everything was taken care of and I left with a vehicle I really liked. If you ever want to do business there, avoid dealing with this si called manager, in my opinion, he should be a manager as in an anger management class, and not in a position that requires dealing with the public..
