Wife brought vehicle in, but survey went to husband which irritates my wife. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change??? If they expressed how long it would take, probably wouldn't have left it. Overall great communication from my service technician, Dane. He was really helpful in communicating and keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Only hiccup was being told my loaner car was ready to pickup by someone on the support line, but after taking a half hour Lyft to pick it up, was told I didn’t have one available yet because my claim was still being processed. Clearly miscommunication but was frustrating being told one thing, make the trip and then have that not be the case. More
