I went into Service for a routine Oil change and Tire Rotation (part of the maintenance plan), for a front-end wobble (bump at speed, not all the time), and the 2nd time for the rear wiper not working. It turns out I was 41 days outside the maintenance plan so the oil and tires were $120 as opposed to included which I think showed a lack of customer service, when added to the $175 to fix the wiper again (said it was a new issue), and the steering fix which I had no issue with. The part that made me made was the $100 sublet fee that I still don't have an answer to what its for. I won't be back. More
