I had a problematic experience recently. I had a 8:30am appointment - out at 12pm, and I had a leak. Everything was off that day, the service department wasn't as attentive as they usually I had a 8:30am appointment - out at 12pm, and I had a leak. Visit the store for a regular oil change; while in the shop I was informed that maintenance in the 4WD system was also up for service, which I proceeded to approve and have done. So I scheduled my 2nd oil change as solicited by the dealership. They asked me what day would work, I simply said the day is irrelevant, however the time is more important. I would like to schedule the dealership. They asked me what day would work, I simply said the day is irrelevant, however the time is more important. I would like to schedule the earliest appointment possible, any possible day over the next month, taking into consideration time is of the utmost importance 30-45 min seems reasonable for an oil change. Upon my scheduled appointment was told would take 2 hours minimum. Very disappointed to say the least. Found out there was a recall as well and that would be 4 more hours for a tailgate latch. Passed on that. Can’t wait to do that one, or my next service for that matter More
