Communication with your service department is horrendous. They do not return calls or check messages. I had to continually chase them for answers/updates. On two of the five times I had my vehicle in for service items were missing when I picked it up. I’m having a continual problem which your technicians can’t seem to remedy. When they called corporate engineers they were told “that’s how that model is” which I know is false because it didn’t do this when I bought it. Your service advisors advise to me upon pickup was “I guess a class action lawsuit is what you can do”. Unbelievable! Understand this review is about service, I did not purchase a car from your business. I’ve had multiple service visits to your dealer over the years and I always came away annoyed. I will not be using your business again or recommend you to anyone. More

I have brought my vehicle to Carolina Customs, the company who Lake Norman Ram uses for repairs numerous times only to get my vehicle back with the issues I brought it in for. This last time they had company who Lake Norman Ram uses for repairs numerous times only to get my vehicle back with the issues I brought it in for. This last time they had my truck for over 5 weeks and stated they replaced the transmission which I was told would take a week and would fix the issues. The vehicle still has a hard thumping sound when you take off from a stop. I was told to bring it back to have them look at it again. I would never recommend them to anyone. I would rather take my truck to Kernersville which is over an hour away before taking my vehicle back to them. Nick who has assisted me every time I brought it in was not informative in the process and stated I needed to get updates from him and not Dodge which I have text messages showing I did reach out to him with no return texts from him. Truly a disappointment in every aspect. More
