3 hour wait for an oil change. Totally unacceptable. The fact you only have “check-in times” now and not actual appointment times is sad. Service was a lot better before the new ownership group took over. I have cancelled my service contract and will not be visiting this dealership again. Not of an oil change or to buy another 50k vehicle. More
