I may recommend here but with a caveat. Actual service was fine but there is a premium paid here. Also, this oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours. Apparently they had a wrong name attached to my VIN or license plate which may have contributed to the delay. Finally figuredit out and got my truck pulled around but before I could pay and get my vehicle they moved it further down their drive. I have had a good experience on prior trips but I am not sure I want to pay this kind of premium. There isnt even any coffee available until around 8AM so negates the amenities while I wait.. More

Even though I had to bring my car in 4 times for the same problem and for about 4 weeks, Kelley the service advisor, and the shop Forman were remained in communication with me throughout the process. I felt problem and for about 4 weeks, Kelley the service advisor, and the shop Forman were remained in communication with me throughout the process. I felt the shop Forman and technician did everything they could to identify the problem and fix it. There were some communication issues between the service advisor and the technician because the story of how the problem presented itself was not initially given to the tech or the shop foreman. Which could have resulted in less time trying to diagnose the problem. More
