I had a 9am appointment for oil change, tire rotation and to get a “sizzling” noice checked. I arrived at 8:40a. Desk attendant suggested I also get a air cabin filter to replace original. I agreed. Desk attendant said they would get this done in about an hour. 2 hours later I inquired as to how much more longer would service be with my vehicle. desk attendant called to service and they said the tires were in process of being rotated. They finally brought vehicle around after 2.5 hours. As I was about to pay for service - desk attendant informed me they didn’t change cabin air filter because they were not in stock. I didn’t like the fact that I had an appointment and had to wait 2.5hrs. I didn’t like the fact they I didn’t know they didn’t have any air filters until I was about to leave. Poor communication/ professionalism. More

For well over 1,5 years, I have been attempting to have the doors repaired on the 5 vans I purchased from you and I am having extreme difficulty accomplishing this. You have had my vans for several months the doors repaired on the 5 vans I purchased from you and I am having extreme difficulty accomplishing this. You have had my vans for several months if not a year and we can't seem to get you to repair them all or provide a loaner. We paid cash for all five and we have had less then sub-par treatment/service. More

The service dept took care of my Jeep Gladiator and its TSB. Dane the service manager was great and made sure that the drag link that was worn outside of the TSB was also covered under warranty.
