We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the maintenance agreement. Unfortunately, according to the Warranty Cancellation processes, if a refund is approved and issued by the warranty company, they will send the refund to your Auto Lender if the vehicle has not been paid off. This balance is applied to the back of the loan to reduce your final payment amount. This does not reduce your overall monthly payment, but what is due at the completion of your agreement with the Auto Lender. I hope this provides a little more clarity on the process and apologize for the confusion.
