Quoted us $7000 to fix leaking motor mounts and oil leaks on motor that they installed less with than 30k on it. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Made an appoint for Thursday, dropped off Wednesday night. They couldn't get to it Thursday (why did I make an appointment?) and finally diagnosed Made an appoint for Thursday, dropped off Wednesday night. They couldn't get to it Thursday (why did I make an appointment?) and finally diagnosed Friday late afternoon. I missed the service advisor's call Friday afternoon, but called and texted him back immediately. After no response, I finally called his cell. He confirmed part could be ordered in time to be installed Saturday. I called Saturday afternoon multiple times and once I finally got someone to respond, they said the part wouldn't be there until Tuesday. I asked if the vehicle was able to be driven since I needed it Monday and they said yes so I picked it up. Half-way home, there was a loud dragging noise - found out they didn't actually re-attach the under carriage. So, had to drive back to the dealership at a max speed of 15mph (super safe, right?). They fixed it and said they would call me when the part was in. That was 2+ weeks ago - not a single call... Sadly, this is nearly identical back to back experiences. You would think that someone at the dealership would have called given the horrible experience - nope. I will never do business with Lake Norman Chrysler again. More
