When I dropped my car off Saturday morning, a service dept. employee was extremely rude. I approached her to state that I needed to leave asap and could not wait & if she could call me to verify my info dept. employee was extremely rude. I approached her to state that I needed to leave asap and could not wait & if she could call me to verify my info. She rudely stated 'we have a process & you will need to wait." She didn't bother to say hi or anything else. So, I waited ~ 30 minutes to drop off my car and another guest was assisted before me. I do not see her picture nor have her name. However, she was working on 08/26, had her hair up, & was sitting to the right of the doorway going into the waiting area. This is my first encounter with a rude employee at LNCDJR. When I went back to pick up my car, she was available but never spoke to me. I was assisted by another gentleman who was to the left of the doorway going to the waiting area. He was extremely helpful and very nice. Very disappointed with her attitude. More
