I scheduled this service months ago, went in the first time only to be told they didn't have the parts and didn't prepare to do the service the first visit. I left unhappy about that. They never called time only to be told they didn't have the parts and didn't prepare to do the service the first visit. I left unhappy about that. They never called to tell me the parts were in. I called a month and a half later and they were like, "yeah, we have them in". I scheduled another visit, and then waited 3 hours only to be told that the new part needed another calibration of 3 hours and that I couldn't have my car after all. Furthermore, the recall that I went in for, and was deemed a fail, now all of a sudden passed, and they didn't put the upgrade in my car. Jacob Preston did a great job, but was powerless to the inefficiencies I experienced here. It ended up that they gave me a car to get home that night and were supposed to arrange an exchange the next day but never called. They eventually delivered my car, which I very much appreciated. The quality of the service and repair and facility is good. Their lack of communication and coordination is disappointing. More
