The dealership is great, and the people are friendly. The reason for my 4-star rating is that after my last visit (oil change, tire rotation, and recall repair), the next morning, my 2023 Grand Cherokee The reason for my 4-star rating is that after my last visit (oil change, tire rotation, and recall repair), the next morning, my 2023 Grand Cherokee wouldn't start. I had it towed in and was told that the batteries were severely discharged. After a day and a half of charging and testing the batteries to see if they were damaged, I was told they tested out good and I was good to go. No one could tell me why this happened (or if it could happen again). They just said that it wasn't due to the recall repair they had performed on the rear camera/back up safety system... But they said it with a smile... Hoping that I'm not left walking home one day... More
