The staff in the service department is not very friendly. In particular the woman I dealt with was very short and rude. Total lack of communication from service staff. Had to return many times for unfixed issues. Over torque lug nuts to where they all snapped off except for one. Super dangerous!!! I was able to make an appointment promptly and with ease. Chuck is always very welcoming and responsive. I had an oil change and tire rotation. They also double checked my tire tread depth. So far three tires measured 4/32 and one was 3/32 so I have a little longer before receiving the $600 tire incentive. The technician ventured to look at filters as well and did not replace my glove box correctly. I’m happy they checked. I just wish they would have taken the time to properly reinstall things so I did not have to go behind them to correct it. Overall, a smooth, positive experience. More
