Very good result to a very bad situation - Jeep transmission died (42000 miles) while on vacation. Chuck Conner and the Service team performed miracles and (1) got a new transmission (it was the on transmission died (42000 miles) while on vacation. Chuck Conner and the Service team performed miracles and (1) got a new transmission (it was the only one available in the area) and (2) installed the new unit very quickly. We feared that the car would be in NC for weeks awaiting a transmission. The team got it fixed and we got it back in less than 2 weeks. More
