I brought my Durango in for an oil change and the very next week my oil was leaking. I literally waited 3 hours before I had to ask about my vehicle then another 30 minutes for them to let me know what w next week my oil was leaking. I literally waited 3 hours before I had to ask about my vehicle then another 30 minutes for them to let me know what was happening. Meanwhile at least 6 customers came in after me and left before me. The service was terrible. Previous to them moving to the current location I never had customer service problems. The fact that I waited hours and so many people came in had their vehicles serviced and left and I didn’t get a word was disappointing! More

The first few experiences were a little difficult when our car was called in for a recall and there was not a rental ready for me even though it had been set up. He made sure we had a car that could accommodate three car seats, was clear with instructions about the car, and kept us up to date on the status of our car. Jacob made this experience flawless.
