Just a heads up to all my brothers to own highline sports cars. I own and $80,000 car with 22 inch rims and my wife loves to Nick the edges of the rims all over town. Wow my baby was there we did an oil change, balance and alignment For a fraction of the cost that I would have had at another dealership! Yes I own a Dodge ram pickup but this is my baby and yes I trust them. More

Terry goes the extra length to make sure updates are provided timely on vehicle services being done. I've had a couple times where my car was at the dealership for more than a week and Terry has always provided timely on vehicle services being done. I've had a couple times where my car was at the dealership for more than a week and Terry has always been on the ball for me, keeping me informed on when I can get the car back and what is absolutely necessary to fix versus recommended versus "when you get to it" items. Brought my 2007 Jeep Wrangler in for service due to "Gascap" showing on odometer. Found out from the dealer my ESIM had gone bad and I asked them to replace. The $11 part was put in and I was charged "Gascap" showing on odometer. Found out from the dealer my ESIM had gone bad and I asked them to replace. The $11 part was put in and I was charged $97 for labor and $5.40 for miscellaneous parts and doc storage (WTF?!?!). When I got home I did some research on the part and found out it can be installed in under 2 minutes by hand, no tools needed. Yet I was charged a FULL hour for labor! Not too mention I had to sit and wait 3 hours for them to install it even with a scheduled appointment. Update on 9/2. After calling and leaving a message to complain about the charges, Robin called me back very quickly and offered to refund the full labor amount and said "Losing your business and referrals is not worth 1 hour labor." You know what... he is right! He was apologetic and extremely helpful. I explained to him that I wasn't looking for a free fix, just to be charged a fair amount for the work done and I was willing to pay something. He said I didn't have to which meant a lot to me. After my experience was fixed quickly, I'll be back. More

After buying my challenger at this dealership Maggie and staff continued to help me. She arranged for my car to come in and get a spoiler put on and for touch ups to be done. The Service/customer service rep-AJ Looper was great, he was so professional, helpful and accommodating for the maintenance service that I was needing. I had forgotten on my arrival to ask about a small MNT was so professional, helpful and accommodating for the maintenance service that I was needing. I had forgotten on my arrival to ask about a small MNT repair service that I needed, but he was able to get it resolved for me by consulting with the Tech-(name unknown-but he was most helpful) and the Tech didn't mind taking care of the repair. This was my 2nd visit, and I really appreciate "good" service, professionalism, and a caring attitude. I don't mind driving the distance for good service. Thanks AJ! More
