First, I'd like to start by saying that I have never completed or taken the time to invest into a customer service survey. I would like to extend to all of you, whom may read this.. My experience was more less not shocking but absolutely definitive in result to take action due in fact I had to invest the time to explain my experience at the Lake Norman Jeep dealership. I was first greeted by an individual which looked and felt less than motivated to ask me what service I was in for and if I had an appointment. Walking towards my Jeep I noticed a young man who resembled my daughters favorite singer Justin Beiber look-a-like. Pleasantly surprised of the introduction, I was asked to take a minute to step inside his office. In doing so I must protest that I have visited this dealership for 3 years now and have actually never placed foot in any office. After a few minutes of conversation it became apparent to me that something was special about this young man. Respectively speaking he kept mentioning "with doing things with good intent". Also, stating his influence being from his own father. Not only did he listen to what my concerns with the sense of being genuine but the conversation continued shortly after due to only intrigue. Definitely speaking, after getting on a personal level I felt surprisingly, comfortable. I wanted to expressed to him that I was so impressed with the service experience that I wanted to extend the offer to speak to the owner. Andrew, then insisted that he was not available but would pass on the compliment. Afterwards leading me to the cashier who passed on a business card which lead me to this site. I must say I do not understand why, but I felt it was important for me to take the time this evening to do something for this young man, in which, I was so impressed with customer service skillset. This experience and communication with someone much younger than I, has proven we have to take care those who take care of us. If Andrew didn't seem so committed, I would certainly approach him with a job offer. Andrew, I hope someone extends these words to you. Great job, continue the great work. I took my truck in for a computer flash this morning. A mechanic named Ricky Bobby worked on my diesel truck. I have been bringing my Dodge Durango to Lake Norman Dodge for a couple years and have always had good service, but a few months ago I had Andrew as my Service Advisor and I now ask for him by name when Dodge for a couple years and have always had good service, but a few months ago I had Andrew as my Service Advisor and I now ask for him by name when making an appointment. Andrew takes his time explaining what the issue is and truly evaluates all options with me to best fix the issue. He has even brought in the mechanic to help explain all the details of the issue and the resolution. Andrew makes me feel like I am his highest priority whether I am sitting in the waiting area, or by following up afterwards to make sure the car is still running well. I will definitely buy my next car at LNCJD thanks to the great service I consistently receive! More

Andrew really helped me out. I got 2 flat tires from a terrible road and needed them fixed by Friday with snow coming. The rims were bent and almoat needed new ones. Andrew restored my trust in car dealerships. He is very personable, honest and a diligent worker.
