Great service and very happy We went in to take a vehicle in for service that we had purchased last year. My wife was completely against the idea of getting her a new vehicle. We went in to take a vehicle in for service that we had purchased last year. My wife was completely against the idea of getting her a new vehicle. After talking with Mark and showing her the vehicle I wanted her to have, Mark was able to help me convince her that she needed a new one. Mark walked us through the process and was very helpful the entire time. After the sale was complete, Mark even took an additional amount of time to show my wife the features of her new vehicle. He helped her set up her SiriusXM and her cell phone connection to the car. I have been very happy with both vehicles I have purchased from Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and highly recommend them to anyone. I have yet to meet an unfriendly person on staff. Everyone has always been helpful, professional, and very courteous. I have received great sales assistants from both Mark and Brian. More

Lake Norman CJDR advertises Free Oil Changes for life, Free Car washes for life and most phenomenally FREE TIRES FOR LIFE .I seriously doubted they could or would follow through with this program. I never should have doubted this policy. Lake Norman just placed 4 BRAND NEW 265/70/20 tires on my truck after I questioned their wear during a routine oil change. Salesperson Willie Brown spoke to management and they approved my new tire installation. LAKE NORMAN paid 100% of the price of the tires. Lake Norman and Willie Brown just saved me an additional $600.00. I definitely recommend Lake Norman CJDR and Willie Brown for your next New or Used car purchase. More
Help when I needed it most. A couple of months ago I borrowed my girlfriend’s Jeep Compass to run errands. I had to deliver a cake to a client’s anniversary party. I placed the c A couple of months ago I borrowed my girlfriend’s Jeep Compass to run errands. I had to deliver a cake to a client’s anniversary party. I placed the cake in the passenger seat and secured the cake with the passenger seat belt. When I arrived at my client's business I removed the cake and the passenger seatbelt pulled back and locked around the headrest. I tried for several minutes to get the seatbelt to come lose and I had no luck. The seatbelt was extremely stuck and I started to panic and then the girlfriend started calling and asking when I was coming home. I called Lake Norman Chrysler and it was 4:00 PM on a Friday. I explained my situation and they tried to get me into the service department but the first opening they had was on Tuesday. I thought for sure I was going to be in so much trouble. As I was driving back to my girlfriend's place the dealership called and asked me to come to the dealership right away. When I pulled up to the dealership they service technician said we have been expecting you. As I waited for the car and made excuses to the girlfriend why I was running late there were free snacks to make me feel better. The Jeep was brought back to me within a few minutes and the seatbelt was fixed. The service technician said he would have washed the car for free but knew I needed to get home before suspicions arose. I tried to pay the dealership for the service however they refused payment. Thank you Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for fixing the Jeep and saving me from trying to explain how I broke a seatbelt. More

REAL GOOD WHEN IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE, not just an oil change! They further stated that they refused to provide a loaner vehicle for the "days" needed to diagnose the vehicle as we did not purchase a brand new vehicle, regardless of the price we paid for the vehicle. WORST service department ever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More

I bought my 2014 Grand Cherokee from them and have been nothing but disappointed with the service. The people are rude, and "about an hour" always means AT LEAST two. The real kicker came when I did not receive my "free tires for life" as promised because I "breached" a contract (that had never been explained to me) by not rotating my tires exactly according to their schedule. The service rep. was completely unwilling to work with me even though I have spent a large amount of money with them. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from them, especially in the past year. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More

I am currently on active military duty and I am frequently on the road . Every time that I have needed something,I feel they have gone above and beyond. Today I would like to recognize Terry in the service department. I left my truck with him the other day, as had to leave town for duty. I am grateful that I never had to look back. They are quick and knowledgeable about service and the specific needs of a transportation fleet and always make us feel welcome and I can always send my guys in for work and know that they will be treated well and our vehicles are getting top service. We operate in Charlotte, but no distance would be too far to get this service which has had a direct influence on my success. More
