I have had some issues in the past with service, but Michelle has made it a better experience. Nothing below is a reflection on Michelle other then her trying to make it right. For the mechanic that work on my truck they could have done a better job. After leaving the dealer ship I had a long trip and after hour into my trip all I could smell is anti-freeze. When I stopped to check I had anti-freeze all over my exhaust and the under side of my truck. All it would have taking was a wash down with a hose. After finding a shop in the mountains thank goodness there wasn't anything leaking. So I was a little MAD, never mind that they bent my $50 tag on the front of my truck. When I called Michelle and informed her what happen you could her the concern. She insured me that she would take care of things and to be sure this didn't happen again. More
NOT GOOD Hi my name is Narciso Cortes I have a 2015 Dodge eco diesel I brought the truck and because it was shaking they did a wheel balance that did not wor Hi my name is Narciso Cortes I have a 2015 Dodge eco diesel I brought the truck and because it was shaking they did a wheel balance that did not work or better explain maybe to just one tire because when I took it to another repair shop they checked all four tires and two of them were not properly balanced which I had to pay again to find the problem The second problem I told that the technician or the manager there that my truck in reverse was making a funny noise as I came out of the driveway I was told that the wheel well was the problem Their solution was to burn a hole in the wheel well because it was rubbing When I complained to the manager of this great work that they did I was told it was cheaper than replacing it and was sent home that way When I asked 2 get the truck serviced again I had to wait 3 / 4 week more! More

Michelle went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't going to have to sit and wait. She communicated with me all day to make sure they covered everything and coordinated pickup. My repairs are done in a timely manner and well explained. Most of my work is under warranty but when there is a charge it is always reasonable. I am a former Cadillac owner for 40 years but my experience with LNC dealership will keep me here! No Customer Care I have had my jeep since 2008, always taking it here to get serviced. In that time, Chuck has been my service advisor only twice. He only cares about getting your bill as high as he can. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Several items he mentioned in my last visit I knew did not need to be done and somehow I was charged for them. Attempted to buy replacement keys for Grand Cherokee I recently bought a used Grand Cherokee Limited from a owner in Atlanta. I live in the Cornelius area. The Lake Norman Jeep dealership is close to m I recently bought a used Grand Cherokee Limited from a owner in Atlanta. I live in the Cornelius area. The Lake Norman Jeep dealership is close to my home so I contacted them to inquire about servicing my car, buy 2 additional keys and repair a seatbelt that was not functioning. I contacted the service department; I was quoted $86 for each key, made a appointment to have the car serviced and the seatbelt repaired. I agreed to the price for the keys; I was told the keys were not in stock but would be ordered and delivered the next day. I went to pick up the keys the next day; service representative said that their delivery truck was in a accident and the keys did not get delivered. I went to pick the keys up a few days later. The keys were there so I left the car with the service department for a few hours so the keys could be programmed. When I returned, I was given a bill for $421!!!!! The representative explained that the keys were $164 each (double what I was quoted) and $60 labor charge for programing. I told the representative that I was quoted half that price when I ordered the keys and I was only willing to buy one at that price. He agreed to sell me the one key and adjusted the invoice. I paid the bill and went to start the car. THE KEY DID NOT WORK; it was not programmed correctly. I confronted the service rep and he confirmed the key did not function. He wanted me to wait while the key could be reprogrammed. I refused and asked for my money to be refunded. A HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!! The representative was very pleasant and handled the situation well, however, the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. More
