I have a Smartadvantage Plan which allows for 9 oil changes. This last time I took my car in for service they charged me for an oil change .I wish they would double check before charging me. I am waiting for the service department to call me back and resolve. Otherwise everything was great. Just an inconvenience to resolve this. More
