I always bring my Jeep to this dealership for maintenance. Chuck is my usual service advisor, this time it was Devon. Service is always good here. Normally I won't even shop for groceries after a race because I'm typically tired and cranky but I figured I can stop by here, get maintenance done now without a hassle. And that's how was, got to chill out in the waiting room for a bit, get my Jeep ready for some more adventure and on my way. More

This is my third car I've bought from LKN. I had an extended warranty where they consistently told me what mileage the warranty would end, and then when I needed something repaired that could I had an extended warranty where they consistently told me what mileage the warranty would end, and then when I needed something repaired that could be under the warranty, they changed they mileage limit. Said I would get a call from the director and that was two weeks ago. Still have note heard anything from them. Not happy with the initiative to resolve the error that was done on their part. More
