Service advisor Erik earned 5 stars for professionalism and excellent customer service. Oil change was great, but tire rotation was a disaster. Ended up taking car to another shop, where mechanic EASILY removed bolts, rotated tires, and installed WAY more affordable new bolts that I purchased at parts store. You guys are usually top notch. But this time you, sadly, had a bad day. But, my advisor Erik turned in 5-star performance! More
