I have been a loyal customer since 2015 when I purchased my RAM 1500 Big Horn. I can't say enough about everyone that works there! Customer service is outstanding! Appalling dollar amount you quoted to change an engine air filter and cabin air filter. These are 20 and 10 dollar items. I declined and bought on Amazon and changed both in 15 minutes. Lastly, I do appreciate you washing my car but I was was waiting for my car, noticed it left shop after completion of service and then sat for a while waiting in cleaning line. I waited an additional 30 minutes for cleaning which turned out to be 1/5 of my total wait time ... frustrating More
