WOW!! I recently purchased a Dodge Ram from Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My journey began half way around the world in the Middle East while on militar I recently purchased a Dodge Ram from Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My journey began half way around the world in the Middle East while on military duty. I contacted Lake Norman Dodge via the internet and was greeted by Mark Mosayebi through USAA. I explained that I would be home on leave shortly and would only have a couple of days to search for a vehicle. When I met Mark at the dealership, I was impressed by his professionalism and humbled by his true regard for the Military veterans. I felt like an honored guest with him!!!! He was well prepared with all my requests that I made in advance. He was also very thorough.So much so, I was driving off the lot in my new awesome Ram, in a little less than two hours. Mark then introduced me to Andrew Sciranko the advisor of the service dept. Andrew sat down with me and explained how service works at the dealership and wanted to know if I had any special needs. Then Andrew introduced me to the mechanics who will service my truck and the detail specialist. Mark and Andrew are definately two consummate pros. Andrew Sciranko contacted me to advise that new tires were needed, but that they had also found an old lug nut key lying around that they would give us. :) I ended up doing some price comparison and decided that the price he quoted was very fair. Once I got back to the dealership, he sat down with me and pulled up price comparisons with a few competitors and sure enough Lake Norman Jeep etc.. was offering the lower price all around. Great service there! We also needed to order a few interior parts for the passenger seat. They were ordered, and the once the parts came in, it was determined that one part was not the correct color (system error), so they had to re-order the part. In the meantime, by son was vehicle was involved in a minor accident and his car was at Wilburn Auto Body. They had agreed to throw the parts on for us, but when we learned that the wrong part was in, they were unable to do so. When I explained this to Andrew, he said he would see to it that they took care of it. I had to then bring the vehicle back in for a rear brake replacement. At this apt. Andrew saw to it that the parts were installed correctly as promised and ensured the back brakes were replaced. I am confident that when dealing with Andrew we are going to get the best level of care we could receive and I feel he is honest and knows how to treat his customers fairly. Follow-up and informat I enjoyed our experience at Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep and will recommend Tracy, Matt, and this organization to friends. Follow-up and information throughout the sale was great. Tracy and Matt went out of their way, even on days off to see that I was taken care of and had the information I needed to make this big purchase decision. While the inventory selection was incredible, there were a couple of other areas that made me realize I was dealing with a high volume operation. On delivery the vehicle was not cleaned very well i.e. sticker goo and production numbers on the wheels, windows were dirty on the insides, gooey stuff on the soft top side windows. My Wrangler had the ESP light on at delivery, which I ignored as not to throw a wrench in the works. The tires were overinflated a bunch. These things should have been handled at the time of NVP by the service department. It has a faulty steering angle sensor, which I need to find time to get it in to my local dealer. Again, I expected this as Lake Norman CDJ sells a lot of cars, so I realize attention to detail is difficult, and I am detail oriented. The finance manager also made me aware that he processes a lot of new car deals and is very good at it. He was very good at it, but the constant references to volume doesn't do much for the personal touch that Tracy and Matt worked so hard to deliver. The day after delivery, Tracy introduced me to Jack, the dealership owner, who was kind and thanked me for my purchase but then proceeded to reference their large sales volume as well. Don't get me wrong. I love Lake Norman CDJ which is why I threw in some constructive comments. I would definitely recommend this beautiful dealership to all. I will have nothing but good to say when I receive my survey from Chrysler. Thank you guys!! More

My expectations wer After an unpleasant experience at another area dealer, I called this dealership with the hopes of an easy and smooth transaction. My expectations were met with Mark and team at Lake Norman Jeep. From the first interaction Mark was professional, direct and responsive. He understood that I wanted a smooth and painless experience and did not have time to haggle and spend hours at the dealership. Most of what we did to set up the purchase we did over email and phone and the sale was completed the next day with me driving home the new Jeep to surprise my husband. At the dealership, the whole transaction took less than an hour and Cory was helpful and professional in reviewing the paperwork. Mark was first-class in every way and they even gave me a large red bow to take home to put on the Jeep--that really made the surprise complete. I would work with these folks again in a heartbeat!
