We arrived later in the day after a very nice and optimistic phone call from Mark. The selection and service was outstanding. My wife and I both felt like our needs were being addressed and that Mark was doing everything he could to arrange a good and fair deal. We left 2 hours later with a 2014 Patriot and a rate and payment that was well within our expectations. While doing the paperwork, Cory did an excellent job of explaining the documents while keeping the process quick and efficient. We look forward to our future services with this dealership and buying another new car from them in the near future. More

He is great, owing not so much to his broad knowledge of the Chrysler line of products, but primarily to his care and effort in pleasing the customer and relating to his needs and concerns. I am fussy about my cars and treat them with "loving care" and Andrew sensed that immediately. For example, mechanics usually have dirty hands from working around grease and oil and when I mentioned to Andrew that I did not want my interior, especially the leather wrapped steering wheel, to be soiled, he took it upon himself to drive my car into the service bay and out of the service bay when service was completed by the mechanic. He also reminded me of the free car washes and always had my 300 cleaned before I left. Andrew and I have become friends and I rely on him for much advice and suggestions. As an example to the latter, I had told Andrew when I visited him in his office that I wanted to sell my Ford F-150 Supercrew pick-up truck and replace it with a Chrysler SUV. I was torn between the Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Dodge Durango (both Chrysler products) and asked Andrew for his advice and suggestions. He steered me towards the Dodge Durango which I eventually purchased several weeks ago and couldn't be happier and I owe this to Andrew. We will be friends forever and this is such a unique experience for me to have someone I rely on and trust very much to take care of my vehicles in a professional manner and be a friend in addition. I found my vehicle from Lake Norman on autotrader.com. I had been searching for a few weeks looking for a good deal, but was unsuccessful. I changed my criteria just a bit and the vehicle from Lake Norman popped up. I couldn't believe the price! I was thinking there is NO way this vehicle is still available at this price. I sent an inquiry about the availability. Brian wrote me back to let me know it was still available. I let Brian know that I lived 3 hours from the dealership and didn't want to make the trip until we talked some numbers. Brian worked with me and got me where I needed to be number wise. A couple of days after I made the inquiry, I made the trip down. I must admit, I was a little apprehensive. I had an estimated price, but was worried when I got there to finalize the deal, the price would change and there would be more fees and charges. I worried for nothing! I didn't pay a penny more than the estimate Brian had given me! He was upfront and honest with me every step of the way! I don't know about you, but this means a lot to me, especially when it comes to buying a vehicle! He even filled my vehicle up for the drive home! This is the only dealership I have ever dealt with that didn't try to push "extras" on you. They asked if I wanted to add some things, I said no and that was it! No trying to pressure or persuade me.
