"The Works" Overall the work performed seems good and as requested. It is a bit frustrating that the dealer cannot give you the price of Ford's "The Works" over Overall the work performed seems good and as requested. It is a bit frustrating that the dealer cannot give you the price of Ford's "The Works" over the phone in advance because, seemingly, they don't know how much oil their own Expedition takes. Also, when completed, there is a nice inspection checklist that they show me, but it always seems to disappear from the paperwork at checkout. More
