Friendly, knowledgeable and work hard to get a fair price. I called to inform the dealership I was coming to look at a used 2018 F150 and would be there in about 1.5 hours. When we arrived the sales person th I called to inform the dealership I was coming to look at a used 2018 F150 and would be there in about 1.5 hours. When we arrived the sales person that took my call was busy, and he was busy with another customer. If it had not been for a new salesperson, Joshua Hullett, who was assigned to us until our primary person was available, we would have left and gone to another dealership. He gave an overview of various F150s to consider, and introduced us to the sales manager, Stacy, who was very cordial and initiated the negotiations process. After getting an overview from Joshua of the features of the Platinum model we initially came to see, we selected a new F150 Lariat model with similar features. Drake finally completed a sale with a previous customer and gave us some background on the dealership, and turned it over to Stacy, who came up with a number of discounts to help me make a buy decision. Great customer service! I went to Lake keowee Ford after a couple of internet bait n switch deals with other dealerships. Although they have a Huge selection I was in the mar I went to Lake keowee Ford after a couple of internet bait n switch deals with other dealerships. Although they have a Huge selection I was in the market for a hard to find F250 and had to build and order it. After sitting down and building the truck we negotiated a price in minutes, matching the sale price of another vehicle I had looked at from another dealer. Once the truck arrived I was out the door within 2 hours with the truck of my dreams. The whole experiance with Lake Keowee Ford was flawless, great sales team, seemed to be on my side which is a great no pressure technique. I will recommend this experience to others, Thanks guys.
