I brought my 9yr old son along with me and even through the barrage of questions from him, our salesman Garett Kelly kept a smile on his face. My son rated Garett 10/10 in customer service so that's about as high praise as one can get. The other salesmen working the showroom kept my son busy (or the other way around) and it was an overall pleasant experience for the both of us. Thanks! More

It was raining lightly and not a good day for looking at a vehicle for purchase. I was greeted by a very nice and friendly young salesman named Josh. I told him I would come back another day. He was not a high pressure type person and I appreciate that very much. I returned a couple of days later and asked for him. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I decided to buy the truck. The rest of the staff was also just as friendly and a great place to do business. I would certainly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to definitely give them a try at Lake Keowee Ford. More

I was interested in one of their used cars that actually wasn’t even a Ford, not that their predominant selection was limited by any means. It was a rainy Saturday morning and after driving an hour to get to the dealership when they opened I was greeted as I walked into the building. I hadn’t made any type of appointment or communicated to them that I was coming. With that said I was still helped right away. The sales rep was happy to help, he went above and beyond to see that my needs/wants were addressed. He offered to pull the vehicle of interest right up to the front door for me, however, I asked if I could see the vehicle as it sits currently and to hear it start. “Not a problem, I’ll get the keys and get to it!” After seeing the vehicle and hearing it start cold we were off for a test drive. Vehicle drove great and I wanted to purchase it. Both the sales rep and finance manager made the entire car shopping experience easy and pain free. I would purchase from this dealership again! More

How car sales should work I had to drive a little ways to get to this dealership. Dylan and I did most of our talking over the phone before I even showed up. Extremely professional and willing to work with you. Once I got to the dealership there was no "pressure" negotiating or "sign this and we can talk" B.S. Just good dialogue and negotiating. Test drove the vehicle and was back on the road in a new truck in about 2 hours. Which is record time for car purchases. What's more, when I got home I found that the spare was not put on the truck (which was a bit of a downer). But instead of pushing it off as not their issue, they have been extremely helpful in remedying the issue. Great group of guys. Highly recommend using the dealership for your next Ford purchase, well worth the hour and a half drive from Greer through Greenville traffic. More
