2.5 hour oil change I've had multiple concerns using this dealer for service. This time it took 2.5 hours for a standard oil change. I was advised when I arrived it'd tak I've had multiple concerns using this dealer for service. This time it took 2.5 hours for a standard oil change. I was advised when I arrived it'd take little longer as the filter wasn't available, even though when making appointment they had make/model of vehicle. This time the service rep was friendly. I dread service due to the time appointments take and hearing the banter of the sales people. The radio station chosen on the intercom had a song using the F word. I would not pay to have any service done here due to the multiple negative experiences I've encountered. More

Someone actually LISTENED to us! We are retired in our 60s and decided what our next purchase would be with diligent research on our next Ford and the value of our Ford trade in. Not every dealer in our area had what we wanted. We decided on Benson Ford in Easley SC and Keowee Ford in Seneca SC. Easley was our 1st stop. They didn't have what was shown on the internet site but we were shown a truck (2WD,V8 Supercab) that would work. When the salesman came back with a lowball trade in price I protested. He then became rude and we walked out. My husband and I were disgusted . We then went on to Keowee Ford in Senaca. We spotted the truck in their online ad right away. Gave it the once over and introduced ourselves to our salesman Drake Abercombie. What a pleasant young man. He listened to our needs. Kept everything easygoing and we drove out an hour later with our new truck. We would reccomend Keowee Ford to all our friends and family. Thanks Drake! More
