After the sale. Very happy with the car, not so much the after sale service. I understood that no warranty came with the 2014 Subaru, but 18 days after purchase I drove for the first time at night and found the low beam on one of the front head lamps was out. Remembering that Josh had to charge the battery before I could test drive the car because 'someone had left the lights on', I called Josh the next morning, but he was out for the day. I then asked to speak to the manager and was connected to Steve Jackson's voice mail. I left a detailed message with my phone number, but he never returned my call. I then called Mark Williams and left a message, but he, too, never returned my call. Then the following day, I again called Josh and told him about the bulb. After reminding me that the cars are put through a 120+ check before going on the lot and talking to his boss, Josh offered to pay for the replacement out of his own pocket. I made an appointment with the service department for the following Monday, June 17 at 2:00. I arrived a few minutes before and checked in. I could see my parked car from the waiting area. After 45 minutes, the car hadn't been moved, so I asked for my keys from the service manager. He got them for me without saying a word - no explanation for the delay, no apology. As of today, June 23, not one person from Lake Keowee Ford has called, not even the sales representative to inquire about my appointment with the service department. I'm left wondering if the service department routinely runs 45 minutes to an hour behind or if it was all planned. Replacing one low beam light bulb would not have cost Lake Keowee Ford that much and would have earned my gratitude and probable referrals from me in the future. As of now, I have had a very negative experience with Lake Keowee Ford and will definitely not be bringing my car there to be serviced. More

Absolute waste of time Do not purchase a vehicle at this dealership. They do not back the product they sell. It is difficult to get proper service and they lack honesty and integrity. The personell in the repairs department change frequently and you never see the same person twice. Also, they do not honor the many recall notices from Ford and the wait time to get your vehicle serviced in unacceptable. Ultimately, a tire rotation and oil change can turn into an unsubstantiated $2500 front end quote. I'll never buy another Ford vehicle ever again!!!! More

Great people/service but expensive! I had a side mirror replaced. It was over $500 parts and labor. My friend had a whole fender replaced at another shop for $700.
