Purchase of new Ford F-150 Overall I was very pleased with my experience of purchasing a new Ford F-150 truck at Keowee Ford. The people I dealt with were most professional and certainly not pushy or “fast-talking” in the least. Drake was very patient with all of my questions about the technical aspects of this new truck and assisted me in getting a very fair deal. Dylan was also extremely professional and both of these young men truly seemed very interested in assisting me in obtaining the new truck that I desired. The only complaint that I have is that the truck was not very well cleaned, as it had obviously been on the lot for a while. There was a rudimentary attempt at cleaning the driver side of the windshield, but other than that there was dust on the dash and the rubber floor mats(which were part of the OffRoad package) were dirty and scuffed. No attempt had been made to wash or clean the exterior. Every new car purchase that I have made over my 65 years has been “handed over” in a much more professional condition. I must admit, I was a little taken aback, especially since I didn’t pick up the truck until the next day. Nonetheless, I don’t think I could have found a better deal than what they offered. More

In fact I bought the first truck he showed me. The entire process took only 2 hours. All my questions and concerns were answered and explained clearly. My only complaint is that in my over 50 years of purchasing vehicles this was the first time that I was sent away from the dealership without a full tank of fuel! More

Not once did they try to rush the sale and try to get me in a truck I didn't like or couldn't afford. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle from lake keowee Ford. More
