The 6 cylinder RAM 1500 I test drove has 300hp that's enough to pass in traffic or tow 5000pnds! For us fisherman out there its also good enough to tow most boats. I got 22 mpg while driving home. Impressive for a full size truck. I drove 3 hrs to see this truck I had my eye on and its the nicest vehicle I have ever driven. I used to work for West Herr Ford when I was a kid as a lot attendant I drove all kinds of cars and trucks Expeditions, Explorers, Mustangs, Rangers and trades that customers brought in even a Porsche 944. The highlight of that Job was getting paid to drive our trophy sports cars into the local shopping mall to put on display for people to check out around the Holidays. Yes the Yellow Cobra mustangs were fast and sharp. But with todays electronic gadgets, suspension improvements, Light weight High horsepower fuel efficient engines YOU JUST GOTTA DRIVE THE NEW DODGES AND YOU WILL BE SOLD TRUST ME! It only took me about a mile to realize I was driving a whole other animal and that I was going to buy it as soon as we got back. I would recommend Checking this dealership out its absolutely HUGE it has over 1000 vehicles. Also I would like to add that I did not experience any high pressure sales tactics brought upon me like many other dealerships do. You know the ones where you pull in and 5 sales people rush you and ask you what you want. That did not happen I was allowed a moment to breath a little. Park my car get out stretch and look around. There is nothing more that turns me off than the Paparazzi sales kid snapping photos taking your credentials and you haven't even got to walk the lot yet and see what kind of vehicles they have. In the End They will offer you a few kinds of extra insurance and stuff during the signing of your deal but you are left to make that decision on your own. I would recommend getting the GAP insurance as a minimum talk to Dan he is a pro at that stuff! Service was quick and efficient took like 2 hrs and I was back on the road. Took all day and I had to call several times to get an updat Poor response and lack of trust. Ask for check engine light to be checked. Dropped truck off at 9 am and did not hear back. Had to call several times to actually speak to someone. She said the part was not under warranty. I did say to fix it but 5 min later I called back and told them not to fix it if it was not under warranty. 45 minutes later she calls back and says it was to late the tech had already fixed it. It was 15 min before they closed and the only option I had to get the truck was pay. The keys were left up front. We have been customers for more than 10 years and have bought more than 10 vehicle from you not to mention the referrals we have sent. This is not the first time we have had issues with the service department but it will be the last. I don’t appreciate the lack of communication or leaving me now chose but to pay. More

I never have to wait very long and the pricing is probably better than a lot of oil change shops in the area. I never have an issue with being upsold on products that I don't need. It's a quick in and out, get the oil changed and the tires rotated and I'm on my way. More

Keep your receipt We purchased a used vehicle in 2016 along with an extended warranty. Every time we come in for service they tell us that our warranty is expired and We purchased a used vehicle in 2016 along with an extended warranty. Every time we come in for service they tell us that our warranty is expired and that they have no record of us purchasing an extended warranty. That’s when I very politely present the receipt for the extended warranty. Honestly, without that physical receipt i guess I would be out of luck and my money would have been wasted. No one ever apologizes or offers to get their records corrected. I wonder how many people they’ve sold warranties to who are then paying full price for service just because they didn’t save their receipt? More
