Horrible service We made an appointment in order to receive an estimate and possibly repair a leak in our right strut. A leak had been noted when we had our car in for an oil change in July in Illinois. We brought our car into your dealership for an oil change, told them of the previous note. At that time we assumed they would look at the leak and give us an estimate to repair. The car was returned...no mention of the strut leak. We asked and were told we would have to make an appointment to look at the struts. We made an appointment. 10 days out. We dropped the car off at the appointment time, 12:30. We still had not heard at 4:30. We called and were told the estimate was done but the parts needed would not be available for several days. We had a couple of questions about the repairs but the mechanics had left for the day. We recently moved to the Clemson area. We own two Jeeps. We will not be serving them at this dealership. More
